Please be aware that we don't have mobile coverage, television signal, a telephone landline or a postal service here! Emails are answered from Puerto Natales during our fortnightly restocking trips! Please don't expect a prompt reply. We have lots of room and you are very welcome to simply turn up. You can find directions at many of the tourist facilities in Torres del Paine and Puerto Natales.
